mirror workshop

The workshop is given to a group of adolescent girls (minimum 14 years old) and is limited to 12 participants. 3 different modules exists of 6, 9, or 12 meetings of 90 minutes each. The workshop is given in a spacious and luminous classroom, ideally (but not mandatory) with a blackboard, internet and screen. Participants must have a camera/phone in order to participate to all the exercises of the workshop. The workshop is a path using the mirroring effect of the group so it is essential that the group remains identical throughout the workshop.
